I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

It takes 1-2 working days* for your order to be processed and shipped. If you order during the weekend, your order will be processed on the following Monday.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

All orders are shipped according to the fulfilment centre from which the product originates.

Delivery time: 3 - 6 working days*.
Although most parcels arrive in a short time, circumstances and delays can occur with our couriers.

Due to the Coronavirus situation, many orders may be delayed, please be tolerant and wait patiently, thank you. This may happen due to the need to prioritise health and basic needs. We hope you understand.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide a tracking number for every order. The tracking is available once the product has been shipped. Each individual product can be shipped from different fulfilment centres around the world. Tracking starts within 5 days.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order without penalty, but you must cancel the order within 24 hours of its creation for the cancellation to be applied. Simply send us an email (snowmeassistance@gmail.com) with the subject "CANCELLATION". If more than 24 hours have passed and the item has already been shipped, we will not be able to help you.

If you have mistyped or filled in your address, simply reply to the order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Please inform us immediately by e-mail at .

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We show each item with a complementary souvenir. However, our customers report that about 1 in 1,000 products are damaged due to some poor postal services.
