Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies within 30 days of delivery of your order.
If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of your items, we regret that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

Please do not return your order to the original address.

Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons beyond our control will not be accepted.

*If the product does not work or arrives damaged, please send us a video describing the problem so we can evaluate a refund request to snowmeassistance@gmail.com


REFUNDS

Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed and issued to your original credit card or payment method within a specified period of time. A refund or return will only be issued if the product is shipped, at your expense, to our UK or ITALY warehouse at the address we provided when you contacted us for a refund
and we will apply the refund on arrival.

LATE OR NO REFUND

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be credited.
If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via the 'contact form' menu on our website.
